Terms of Service

Welcome to ZanZan Live. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are an agreement between you and StreamerHub ("we") for using live.streamerhub.cn, the ZanZan Live desktop app and related online services (together, the "Service"). By downloading, signing up for or using the Service you agree to these Terms; if you do not agree, do not use the Service. How we handle personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

The Service

ZanZan Live is a room decoration tool for TikTok LIVE. On your PC you compose your camera, images, videos, text and other media into a vertical picture and set up effects triggered by viewer gifts, likes, follows and other interactions. The picture is offered to streaming apps such as TikTok LIVE Studio and OBS as a virtual camera. ZanZan Live does not stream; your streaming app does. The app is free to download; connecting to real LIVE interactions requires an active subscription.

Features depend on the current version of the app. We keep improving the Service and may add, change or remove features.

Accounts

• You must be at least 18 and able to enter into these Terms.
• Use a real email address you can access and keep your password safe. Actions taken with your account are treated as yours.
• If your account is compromised, email streamerhub@163.com right away.
• You may not sell, rent or transfer your account without our consent.

Purchases and activation

• The subscription is Plus monthly, valid for 30 days. Prices are shown on the website and at checkout; the checkout page determines the final currency, amount and taxes.
• After payment you receive an activation code that takes effect when redeemed in the app. The period starts at redemption; if you still have an active subscription, the new days are added on top.
• Purchases are one-time. They do not renew automatically and you will not be charged again; buy again if you want to keep using the Service.
• Payments are processed by third-party providers. Orders checked out with Creem are sold to you by Creem as Merchant of Record, which issues the receipt.
• For USD orders checked out with Creem, the activation code is not sent automatically: after payment, email support with the email you paid with and we send the code after checking the order.
• We may issue free trial codes; their length and scope are as stated when issued.

Refunds

• You can get a full refund within 7 days of purchase if the activation code has not been redeemed.
• Once a code is redeemed, the digital service has started and is not refundable, except: duplicate charges are refunded; if the Service is unusable because of us and cannot be fixed within a reasonable time, we refund the remaining period pro rata; and where mandatory law says otherwise.
• Free trial codes are not refundable.
• To request a refund, email streamerhub@163.com with your order number and the email you paid with. We reply within 3 business days; refunds go back to the original payment method, and timing depends on the payment channel.

Acceptable use

Follow applicable laws and the rules of TikTok and other platforms. Do not:

• Use the Service for illegal activities, or show illegal, infringing, fraudulent, sexual or violent content in your LIVE;
• Use images, videos, music or other media you do not have the right to use;
• Interfere with, attack or disrupt the Service or its servers, or bypass subscription and authorization checks;
• Register accounts in bulk, abuse free trials, or otherwise harm us or other users.

You are responsible for your LIVE picture, the media you import and any promises you make to your viewers.

Third-party platforms

ZanZan Live is an independent third-party tool, not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by TikTok, ByteDance or their affiliates. TikTok is a trademark of its owner.

Interactive features rely on LIVE data that platforms make public. If a platform changes its interfaces, limits access or acts on your account, some or all features may become temporarily unavailable. We do our best to adapt but cannot guarantee availability; your platform account and streaming are also governed by the platform's rules.

Intellectual property

The name, logo, website content and software of the Service belong to us or their respective owners.

The media you import and the rooms you create belong to you or their respective owners and stay on your PC.

Changes, suspension and termination

• We may suspend the Service for maintenance, upgrades or force majeure and will try to give notice in advance.
• If you break these Terms, we may warn you, limit features, or suspend or terminate your account; fees for accounts terminated for breach are not refunded unless the law requires otherwise.
• You can stop using the Service at any time or email us to delete your account.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that it is uninterrupted or error-free. LIVE interaction data comes from third-party platforms and may be delayed, missing or duplicated.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost streaming income, gift earnings, followers or data, or penalties to your platform account. Our total liability related to the Service is limited to what you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim. Liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law is not affected.

Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms and update the "Last updated" date. We announce major changes on the website or in the app. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes should first be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing that, either party may bring a claim before a competent people's court. If you are a consumer, the mandatory protections of the law where you live are not affected.
